COLORADO PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS CENTER selects Yater's image

Kate Ware, Curator of Photography at the New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fe,

selected,The Measuring Cup, for the online exhibition at Colorado Photographic Arts Center's Portraits exhibition in Denver.

Marthanna Yater's compelling image, The Measuring Cup, was captured in Iowa in the kitchen of a doting grandmother. While this child's grandmother and sisters baked, he focused on the sweet taste of milk and sugar and colorful tasty jam fillings.
